Katrina Ann Rider, 64, of Neola, WV, passed away Monday morning, July 2, 2018, at the White Sulphur Springs Center.
Katrina was born November 11, 1953, in Covington, VA, and was raised by her grandparents, Almeda and Oscar Rider.
She was a member of May Chapel United Methodist Church and was a caregiver. Katrina loved the outdoors, camping, picnicking, canning, gardening and most especially her grandchildren. She was loved by all who knew her and had never meet a stranger.
In addition to her grandparents, Katrina was preceded in death by her husband, Sonny Rider, and her birth mother, Lucy A. Rider.
Surviving are her children, Alan Lee Rider and his wife, Amanda, of Neola, Amanda Susan Siebenkittel and her husband, Brett, of Clifton Forge, VA; grandchildren, Gabriel Brown, Trebor Rider, Eliza Rider, Tyler Siebenkittel, and Caleb Siebenkittel; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service in honor of Katrina will be held Saturday, July 7, 2018, at 2 p.m. at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in White Sulphur Springs, WV.
The family will receive family and friends from 12 p.m. until time of services at the funeral home.
There will be a celebration of life picnic at a later date.
