RONCEVERTE W.Va. (WVDN) – The Ronceverte Public Library has announced that it will be offering the following programs:
Beginning Saturday, Jan. 20, from 1-3 p.m., “No Strings Attached,” an acoustical instrument roundtable for those who want to get together and learn how to play by chord or notes, or just want to talk with each other about music. The roundtable is for people who want to share what they know and learn from others.
A group dulcimer class will be available if there are enough interested parties with the time and date for that being discussed on Jan. 20, at 12:45 p.m.
On Saturday, Feb. 9, from 1-3:30 p.m., and Monday, Feb. 19, from 1–3:30 p.m., ”Making a Mug Rug” for beginners will be back. Anyone wanting to learn how to make a mug rug or get more practice in sewing one is welcome. Participants must bring their own sewing machine, scissors and open mind. All other materials will be provided.
Every Thursday from 2-4 p.m. people who would like to get together to play card games like Rook or tile games like Rummikub or Scrabble and just want to get out of the house and have fun.
