Pearl Jackson Morgan, 98, of Ronceverte, WV, passed away Friday, May 11, 2018, at the Peyton Hospice House in Lewisburg, WV.
Born October 8, 1919, at Swords Creek, VA, she was the daughter of Jerome Estil and Mary Alta Hess Jackson.
Pearl was a homemaker. She loved quilting and cooking and was a member of the Greenbrier Regular Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Stuart Morgan; brothers, Carlos, Bill, Ray and Willey Jackson; sister, Ella Rushing, and two infant sisters.
Survivors include two daughters, Sandra Morgan Brackenrich and husband, J.D., of Lewisburg and Marsha Morgan McClung of Organ Cave, WV; grandchildren, Meta Faber and husband, Lance, of Rotura, New Zealand, and J.D. Loudermilk Jr. and wife, Christy, of Lewisburg; step-grandchildren, David Brackenrich and wife, Kim, of Casper, WY, Darrell Brackenrich and wife, Kelly, of Lewisburg, and Darlene Weikle and husband, Greg, of Organ Cave; great-grandchildren, Hannah Yates, Ali Loudermilk, and Laken and Darcy Faber; step-great-grandchildren, Christopher and Courtney Brackenrich, Carrington and Christian Brackenrich, Ryan and Trevor Weikle, and Taylor Carter; three step-great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 15, 2018, at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel, 252 Montvue Drive in Lewisburg, with Pastor Gary DeVart officiating. Burial will follow in the Salem Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Organ Cave, WV.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Tuesday at the funeral home.
