FAYETTE COUNTY W.Va. (WVDN) – A Greenbrier County woman is facing a felony drug charge in Fayette County following a traffic stop on Dec. 15. According to reports, Sheriff Fridley noted that deputies initiated a minor traffic stop shortly after 9 p.m. During the stop, the driver, identified as Katelynn McClung, 28, of Rupert, allegedly told the officer she had marijuana in the vehicle.
After searching the car, officers reportedly found five bags of cocaine, a set of scales, cash and a firearm. McClung was arrested and transported to Southern Regional Jail. She is charged with possession with intent to deliver a schedule II narcotic.
