Congratulations to Greenbrier East’s Landon Vanfosson for winning the last West Virginia Daily News football player of the week for the Spartans season finale 48-13 victory over Lincoln County. Vanfosson had arguably his best game of his career as he had a pick-6 to open the Spartans scoring, was in on a couple sacks, had some tackles behind the line of scrimmage and blocked a kick.
