ALDERSON W.Va. (WVDN) – The Alderson Public Library recently closed out its summer reading program with a celebration. Throughout the season, local kids could participate by keeping reading logs and attending special events each week. Some of the activities included birdhouses and paper mache.
On the last day of the program, Aug. 8, the library invited participants to an ice cream party. Even though the summer reading program is over, Alderson Public Library provides fun for all ages.
