Delmas Lee Ramsey, 71, of White Sulphur Springs, WV, passed away Friday, November 24, 2017, at his residence.
Delmas was born August 16, 1946, in White Sulphur Springs to the late Humphrey Dilworth and Delphia Jane Spence Ramsey.
He is survived by his brother, Kester Ramsey and wife, Carole, of White Sulphur Springs; nieces, Betty Mace, Sharon Dunbar, and Elise Ramsey; nephew, Clay Ramsey; as well as several grandnieces and grandnephews.
Funeral services were held Sunday, November 26, 2017, at 2 PM at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in White Sulphur Springs with the Rev. Ralph Hubbard officiating. Burial followed at the Spence Cemetery in Glace, WV.
Friends called Sunday from 1 PM until time of the services.
In honor of Mr. Ramsey’s memory and his dedication to the United States Air Force, in lieu of flowers, donations of sympathy may be made to the West Virginia Department of Veterans Affairs, 200 N. Court Street, Lewisburg, WV 24901.
