LEWISBURG, W.Va. (WVDN) – A Greenbrier County man is lodged in Southern Regional Jail after being arrested for threatening bank employees.
Christopher Cooper, 23, was arrested on Saturday, April 22, at City National Bank in Lewisburg after threatening to kill everyone in the bank.
When police arrived on scene, Cooper told police he was only checking his bank account. It is being reported that police have had prior dealings with Cooper, who has threatened other Lewisburg businesses, and that he has told business owners he is a federal agent.
Cooper has been charged with making terroristic threats and is being held on $25,000 bond.
