SPRING 2023 CLASSES & WORKSHOPS: Carnegie Hall offers learning opportunities starting in February and continuing through May.  Classes and workshops include woodturning, hand crafting tea pots and mugs, sausage making, salt-rising bread making, soap making, making Appalachian Medicinals, guided ceramic projects for all ages, painting, drawing, printmaking, basket weaving, fiber arts, craft jewelry and leather craft. To register or for more information visit carnegiehallwv.org.

FRIDAY, APRIL 14: MAINSTAGE LOUNGE – Join Carnegie Hall for John Jorgenson Quintet Mainstage Lounge preshow reception in the Board Room from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m., Friday, April 14. Free admission. Cash bar and snacks available.

FRIDAY, APRIL 14: JOHN JORGENSON QUINTET – Mainstage Performance on Friday, April 14, at 7:30 p.m. featuring John Jorgenson Quintet.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 19: PRESHOW RECEPTION – Join Carnegie Hall for the WVU Symphony preshow reception in the Board Room at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 19. Free admission. Cash bar available.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 19: WVU SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA – Special Performance on Wednesday, April 19, at 7:30 p.m. featuring the WVU Symphony, which will be at Carnegie Hall for its Thursday Link Up concerts with Greenbrier County fifth graders.

SUNDAY, APRIL 23: MAINSTAGE LOUNGE – Join Carnegie Hall for Piedmont Bluz Mainstage Lounge preshow reception in the Board Room from 2-2:45 p.m., Sunday, April 23. Free admission. Cash bar and snacks available.

SUNDAY, APRIL 23: PIEDMONT BLŪZ – Mainstage Performance on Sunday, April 23, at 3 p.m. featuring Piedmont Bluz.ckets start at $18.

Rotating Galleries:

Old Stone Room Gallery – 29th Annual Creative Youth Art Exhibit. Awards ceremony and reception March 6, at 6 p.m. Up next – William Todd Gambill. Opening reception April 7.

Museum Gallery – Works by Trish Tuckwiller. Runs through March 31. Up next – John Coffey. Opens April 7.

Lobby Gallery – Works by Kathy Talley. Runs through March 31. Up next – Dana Wheeles. Opening reception April 7.

Permanent Exhibit:  

Arts from the Ashes: The History of Carnegie Hall – The exhibit features memorabilia, photographs, artifacts and more of Carnegie Hall since its construction in 1901. Located on the second floor. Free admission.

Carnegie Hall is open Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
