RONCEVERTE, W.Va. (WVDN) – The first ever Ronceverte Food Truck Festival is slated for May 12 and 13 on Edgar Avenue. The event is organized by local business owner Alex DeGraff, a musician and music teacher. The May festival is one of many slated for the coming months.
Dan Withrow, chair of the Ronceverte Parks and Recreation Committee, told the West Virginia Daily News that the food truck festival is one of many events taking place in the River City as part of its revitalization.
Withrow said that during the food truck festival, Edgar Avenue will be closed for food trucks, live music, vendors and games such as ax throwing, skateboarding activities, disk golf, corn hole and human foosball.
DeGraff is still seeking entertainers for the event; interested parties can contact her through the event’s Facebook page.
