Jan DeHaven, president of the Bluebell Garden Club, recently presented an honorary Diamond Membership Award from the West Virginia Garden Club Inc. to Brenda and Linda Spencer. The award was established in 2023 to recognize members for their contribution to scholarship funds for West Virginia residents interested in advanced studies in conservation and allied fields.
