Greenbrier County grand jury returns 74 indictments

A Greenbrier County grand jury met this week and returned the following indictments in Greenbrier County Circuit Court.

The most notable indictment was that of Ronald Ray McMillion, who was indicted for the murder of Dee Ann Keene, a Greenbrier County woman who has been missing since 2014. McMillion was arrested Tuesday, Feb. 14, immediately following the indictment’s return. He is lodged in Southern Regional Jail.

A complete list of the indictments handed up from the grant jury are:

Robert Lee Arbaugh, 51, Asbury, delivery of a controlled substance, heroin;

Michael Leon Baker, 47, White Sulphur Springs, sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or person in position of trust to a child (5 counts), sexual assault in the third degree (5 counts);

Karey Faith Barb, 28, Dunmore, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, marijuana;

Carol Maria Bauchinger, 33, Frankford, shoplifting, third offense;

Michael Edward Bennett, 50, Rupert, failure to register as a sex offender or provide notice of registration changes;

Duane E. Blagg, 43, Rainelle, breaking and entering, grand larceny;

Duane Keith Blagg, 43, Rainelle, failure to register as a sex offender or provide notice of registration changes;

Duane Keith Blagg, 43, Rainelle, receiving stolen property;

Brittany Lynn Bonner, 25, Ronceverte, credit card fraud;

Shannon Dakota Bostic, 31, Rupert, delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine;

DaShaye Elixis Brandon, 28, White Sulphur Springs, malicious wounding;

Robbie Gale Butler, 42, Lewisburg, delivery of a controlled substance, heroin (2 counts);

Robbie Gale Butler, 42, Crawley, delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine;

Brandon Shane Cales, 38, Rainelle, delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine (2 counts);
