DANIELS
Edward Hobert “Chops” Daniels, 83, of Ronceverte WV, passed away on Sunday, February 05, 2023, at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center following a short illness.
Born September 08, 1939, he was the son of the late Samuel Daniels and Eva Daniels.
He was employed at The Greenbrier Hotel for a number of years, then worked many years for Orders Construction Company, until he was disabled 25 years ago.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Tamela Daniels; two sons, Hobert Daniels and Charles Hefner; and a long time companion, Shelby Daniels.
Survivors include daughters, Renee Wilmer, Toni Daniels, Brenda Hubbard, (Damon) all of Ronceverte, WV, and Marlo Daniels of Alderson; sons, Deron and Craig Daniels of Ronceverte, WV, and Hubert Wilmer of Charleston, WV; sisters, Elaine Daniels of Ronceverte, WV, and Faye Blue of Wilmington, DE; and brother, Ronald Daniels of Ronceverte, WV; ten grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, February 11, 2023, at one o’clock p.m. at Wallace and Wallace in Lewisburg, WV.
