“White Sulphur Strong.” Not only have citizens proved this statement in the past three weeks in the wake of widespread devastation and signs can be seen conveying the message coming in and out of White Sulphur Springs, but a large group of able-minded and able-handed individuals are determined to build their city back even more solid.
