Salina M. Baker Feamster, 96, of Ronceverte, WV, passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2016, at the Peyton Hospice House in Fairlea, WV.
She was born July 25, 1919, in Ronceverte to Walter Luburn Morgan and Eva Mae Boone.
Salina retired from Greenbrier Valley Medical Center as a worker in the dietary department.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Atlee “Speedy” Baker; her second husband, Wilson Feamster; sisters, Margie Mann and Margaret May; brother, Fred Morgan; and a son-in-law, Clarence Morgan.
Survivors include daughters, Greta Gayhart and husband, Tracy, of Verona, VA, and Dreama Morgan of Ronceverte; sons, Art Baker and wife, Phyllis, of Pickaway, WV, Jim Baker and wife, Letha, of Ronceverte, and Ronnie Baker and wife, Cheryl, of Ronceverte; sister, Patsy Reaser and husband, Lee, of Lewisburg, WV; 14 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; and one great-great-great-grandchild.
The family would like to give a special thanks to caregiver Karen Scott of Sinks Grove, WV.
Services will be held at 2 PM on Sunday, June 12, 2016, at the Wallace & Wallace Funeral Chapel in Lewisburg with Pastor Gary Baker officiating. Entombment will follow at the Greenbrier Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
Friends may call on Saturday, June 11, from 6-8 PM at the funeral home in Lewisburg.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Peyton Hospice House in Fairlea.
