Emmit L. Seldomridge, 84, of Lewisburg, WV, passed away Sunday, June 5, 2016, at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center in Fairlea, WV.
Born June 2, 1932, at Vago, WV, he was the son of Okie and Pinkie Loudermilk Seldomridge.
Emmit was a member of Emmanuel Open Bible Church and was a retired cabinet maker.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Hilda Yates Seldomridge, on May 20, 2016.
He is survived by his sons, Roger Yates and wife, Ruth, of White Sulphur Springs, WV, Danny Seldomridge and wife, Linda, of Organ Cave, WV, and Steve Seldomridge and wife, Joetta, of Fairlea; daughters, Judy Funkhouser and husband, Stan, of San Jose, CA, and Rita Camp and husband, Teddy, of White Sulphur Springs; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two brothers, Edmond and Tommy Seldomridge of Frankford, WV; and four sisters, Alice Pitzenbarger of Pennsylvania, Elizabeth Martin of Ohio, and Audrey Loudermilk and Carol Loudermilk of Frankford.
Graveside services and burial are scheduled for 2 PM on Thursday, June 9, 2016, at Lewis Chapel Cemetery in Vago with the Rev. Lloyd Camp officiating.
There will be no visitation.
