Firearms Instructor Emphasizes Need For Education in Spite Of New Concealed Carry Legislation

Beginning in late May, West Virginia residents who are at least 21 years of age will be permitted to carry a concealed firearm without a license. The legislative shift, a result of the contested passage of West Virginia House Bill 4145 early this month, has seen mixed reactions across the Mountain State.
