Linda Lou Holliday Morgan, 76, a lifelong resident of Ronceverte, WV, passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2016, at Charleston Area Medical Center in Charleston, WV.
Born May 8, 1939, at Ronceverte, she was the daughter of James Richard and Lucille Mae Morgan Holliday.
Linda was an entrepreneur, owning several businesses throughout her life. She was a member of the Ronceverte Baptist Church. Linda lived life to its fullest; she loved to travel and flea market. Without a doubt, she loved and was most proud of her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Zack Wilson Morgan in 2008; and a brother, Tom Holliday.
Survivors include three children, Pam Walker and fiance, Paul Moya, and his daughter, Mackenzie, of White Sulphur Springs, WV, Kim Morgan and wife, Tammy, of Ronceverte, and Jay Morgan and wife, Natalie, of Ronceverte; grandchildren, Anthony DeRose and Megan Weikle of Ronceverte, Corey Morgan and wife, Ashley, of Lewisburg, WV, Kelli Morgan of Roanoke, VA, Jessica Bender of Princeton, WV, Alexis Walker of Ronceverte, and Aimee; great-grandchildren, Brynlee Morgan and Avett Walker; brothers and sisters, Don Holliday and wife, Dreama, Mike Holliday and wife, Wendy, and Janice Deem and husband, David, all of Organ Cave, WV, and Dickie Holliday and wife, Brenda, of Ronceverte; special friend, Lou Morgan; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Friday, February 5, 2016, at the Ronceverte Baptist Church in Ronceverte with Pastor Andy Howdock officiating. Burial will follow in the Bethel Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery at Organ Cave.
Visitation will be from 12 PM until time of the service at the church on Friday.
