The Children’s Home Society of West Virginia has opened a new location for the purpose of helping children in need. The society held a grand opening on Friday, July 31, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and refeshments offered to the crowd of people gathered to welcome this heroic cause to Rupert’s area code, at the former MeadWestvaco building.
