Donald Kent “Duck” Loudermilk, 78, of Frankford, WV, passed away Thursday, June 25, 2015, in Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke, VA.
Born January 8, 1937, at Vago, WV, he was the son of the late Irene Loudermilk and Buck Freeman.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Nancy Simmons Loudermilk; and two daughters, Jennifer Conkey and Teresa LaValley.
Duck is survived by his wife, Rebecca “Sam” Feamster Loudermilk; children, David Loudermilk of Frankford, Missy Burns of Lewisburg, Shawn Loudermilk and wife, Amy, of Millboro, VA, and Donnie Loudermilk and wife, Jean, of Florida; six grandchildren, Dustin, Alexis, Kaylynn, Michelle, Misty, and Tyler; seven great-grandchildren; and his sister, Joann Collins.
Services were held at 2 PM on Sunday, June 28, 2015, at Morgan Funeral Home in Lewisburg with Pastor Robert Hefner officiating. Burial followed in the Henning Church of God Cemetery at Frankford.
Friends called from 6-8 PM on Saturday, June 27, at the funeral home.
