Attorney General Patrick Morrisey has been hard at work protecting West Virginia’s consumers from threats to their security and their sanity. In the span of just a few fays, Morrisey has sent out two separate warnings to his constituents against a new phone scam that has begin circulating, and also one informing consumers of his efforts, along with a coalition of senators, to pass an act protecting West Virginia (and other states) from possible overreach of the federal government in regards to a proposed Waters of the United States rule.
