Valerie Hearn Damon passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2015.

She is survived by her mother, Hazel Allen of White Sulphur Springs, WV; five children, Malcolm Beverly, Alicia Beverly, Mary Beverly, Kizzy Damon, and Steven Damon; 14 beautiful grandchildren; one great-grandchild; her sister, Mary Alice Beverly; a host of wonderful nieces and nephews; and many special friends who will miss the way she touched their lives.

Mother, you have been our strength from the very beginning of our lives.

We will never be able to not cry for you, as you were the first love we ever knew. Please, keep watch over us as we carry on without you. Never did we want to lose you; we only wanted you to be without pain. Our comfort is knowing that God holds you in his arms now. We know that you are being loved by the King!

Mom, you will remain our strength for the rest of our lives. We love you with all our begin and will miss you dearly.

Memorial services will be held at the First Baptist Church in White Sulphur Springs, 10 Church Street, at 2 PM on Saturday, February 21, 2015.
