Mildred Wykle Loudermilk Cox, 86, of Alderson, WV, passed away Monday, January 26, 2015, in the Golden Living Center in Clifton Forge, VA.
Born June 13, 1928, at Lillydale, Monroe County, WV, she was the daughter of the late Lester C. and Lola Weikle Baker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepmother, Leta Baker; husbands, Luther Wykle and Kenneth Loudermilk; and children, Kenny Loudermilk and Bonnie Bowyer.
Millie is survived by her children, Bobby Wykle and wife, Gwen, of Hinton, WV, Patty Smith of Mt. Hope, WV, and Linda Hammond and husband, Danny, of Ronceverte, WV; brothers, Winfred Baker, Randolph Baker, and Toby Baker, all of Ronceverte, and Delmas Baker and wife, Elizabeth, of Panama; sisters, Dorthea Judy and Harris of Fredericksburg, VA, Alberta Cole of Tempe, AZ, Phyllis Tony, Evelyn Gainey, and Jackie Dyer, all of Richmond, VA, Jeannie Bostic and Steve of Creamery, WV, and Debbie Borich of Princeton, WV; and several grandchildren.
Services will be conducted at 1 PM on Friday, January 30, 2015, at Morgan Funeral Home in Lewisburg, WV, with the Rev. Andy Howdock officiating. Burial will follow in Enon Baptist Church Cemetery in Vago, WV.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
