Mary Lee Bittinger Wickline, 76, passed away Friday, January 23, 2015, at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center in Fairlea, WV, with her family by her side.

She was born December 16, 1938, at White Sulphur Springs, WV, the second daughter of James Ernest and Josephine Blanch Bittinger.

She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, and aunt to all her family. She believed in her heavenly Father and Jesus Christ his son.

She was a homemaker and an employee of Hanover Shoe Factory for several years.

She was preceded in death by several loved ones, her spouse of 45 years, Orville Edward Wickline in 2002; her parents, James and Josephine in 2005; her brothers, Franklin Steven in 1964, Marshall Edward in 1975, James Clayton in 1977, and Dennis Russell in 2012; also a great-grandchild, Jerell Delbert Defibaugh in 1989.

She is survived by her children, Orville Edward Wickline Jr. and wife, Vickie, Elaine Michelle Burdette and husband, Jerry, James Harband Wickline and companion, Deanna Parker, and Douglas Steven Wickline and companion, Connie Moore, all of White Sulphur Springs; her sister, Ester Gray Bittinger of Lewisburg; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Bill Grimmett of Lewisburg, Mary Bittinger of Maxwelton, WV, Joan Bittinger of Florida, Helen Bittinger of Lewisburg, Ralph Wickline and wife, Joyce Wickline, of White Sulphur Springs, and Blanch Wickline of White Sulphur Springs.

She was blessed with nine grandchildren, Amy Dixon of Neola, WV, Jason Lewis and wife, Nicole, of White Sulphur Springs, Katrina Zicafoose and husband, Jim, Felinda Barb and husband, Richard, of Dunmore, WV, Jerell Burdette and wife, Jennifer, of Black Diamond, WA, Joshua Burdette and wife, Natasha, of San Diego, CA; Serena Burdette, Jeremiah Burdette, and Steven Wickline, all of White Sulphur Springs; 22 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be grandchildren, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be at Shanklin Funeral Home in White Sulphur Springs on Monday, January 26, 2015, from 6-8 PM.

Memorial services will be on Tuesday, January 27, at 11 AM at the funeral home.

Shanklin Funeral Home is serving the family.
