John Keith Coffman Sr., 71, of Ronceverte, WV, passed away Thursday, January 22, 2015, at his home.
Born April 24, 1943, at Ronceverte, he was the son of the late Harold and Marie Richeson Coffman.
John was a retired cable splicer of the C&P Telephone Company.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his second wife, Joyce Turner Coffman; and his sister, Hallie Blane and her husband, Pat.
John is survived by his children, Keith Coffman and wife, Christie, of Covington, VA; Marie Mason and Mike Fogus of Frankford, WV, and Missy Philips and husband, Dean, of White Sulphur Springs, WV; grandchildren, Kurt Mason, Athena Mason, and Johnell Cantrell and husband, Derek; great-grandchildren, Laken and Jace; sisters, Nellie Tuckwiller and husband, Robert, of Asbury, WV, and Sara Morris and husband, Roy, of Ronceverte; a brother, Richard Coffman and wife, Sue, of Fairlea, WV; several nieces and nephews; and many special friends.
Services were conducted at 2 PM on Sunday, January 25, 2015 at Morgan Funeral Home in Lewisburg with the Rev. Lewis Moyer officiating. Interment followed at Greenbrier Memorial Gardens at Lewisburg.
The family received friends from 6-8 PM on Saturday, January 24, at the funeral home.
Serving as pallbearers were Butch Fox, Jack Winebrimmer, Sam Massie, Jeff King, Dennis Tuckwiller, Gary Tuckwiller, and Vince Bartley.
