This week multiple lawsuits have been filed against Woodford Transport, LLC, the company that owns the diesel tanker that spilled fuel on Friday, January 23, into a tributary on Route 92, leading into the Greenbrier River. One of the lawsuits is also seeking compensation from the truck driver, Kenneth Pritt, who was driving the diesel truck during the accident.
