A Ronceverte man who was originally charged with 22 felonies has been sentenced in the Greenbrier County Courthouse. Joseph Allen Cosgro was arrested on October 21, 2013, on 11 counts of forgery and 11 counts of uttering, according to a criminal complaint filed by West Virginia State Trooper W.B. Simmons.
