Owen Otis Adkins, 31, of Quinwood, went before Circuit Court Judge Robert Richardson for sentencing Tuesday, July 22. According to the Greenbrier County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, Adkins was sentenced to two to 10 years in a state penintentiary for Count I, operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory. He was also fined $5,000.
