My name is Vince Deeds, and I am your Republican candidate for State Senate for the 10th Senatorial District of Greenbrier, Summers, Monroe, Nicholas, and Fayette Counties. Who I am and what I believe in is Faith, Family and a Future for our State and for our children.

As the Pastor of Sinks Grove Baptist Church, I believe in the one true living God and all of the goodness in this world comes from Him. I believe a God-fearing Christian can make a powerful, positive difference in this world, and all of our rights come from the one true living God and NOT from big government. I’m also a firm believer in the old quote, “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” This is why I am running for office.

I believe in family. One of the largest issues facing our state and our families is a heartfelt desire for our children to have a bright future here in the mountains of West Virginia. As a young boy growing up on a dairy farm in Summers County, family has always been important to me. For the past 23 years I have been blessed to be married to the love of my life, Michelle, who is the Director of Nursing at Pocahontas Memorial Hospital. We first met at a bank robbery I was investigating as a State Trooper (she was not the culprit)! Be sure to ask me about that incredible story when you see me knocking on your door this campaign season.

Early on in our marriage, Michelle and I prayed for children and we have been blessed with two sons: Justin (a Lewisburg PD officer) and Tristan (a senior at GEHS who has been accepted and will be attending West Point in the fall and aims to have a career in the U.S. Army).

As a man who has committed his life to law and order, first as a WV State Trooper for 25 years and now as Chief Investigator for the Greenbrier County Prosecutor’s Office, I am an avid supporter of Law Enforcement.

As your State Senator, I will vigorously oppose any attempt to defund or deprioritize Law Enforcement and all First Responders. Our Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters, Emergency Medical Services, 911 Dispatchers, our Veterans and our Soldiers go places we fear to go. As your State Senator, it is my DUTY to stand with our First Responders and Our Veterans to fight for the Freedoms upon which this country is founded.

Greenbrier, Monroe, Summers, Fayette, and Nicholas Counties deserve a Republican Senator who will listen to their concerns and always vote with integrity and Christian morals. My campaign is based on: God, Family, and Service

* I believe in our US and WV Constitutions.

* I believe our State is under attack from the Biden White House and must be made into a fortress to protect against the leftist onslaught.

* I believe West Virginia is at the precipice of economic growth never seen before, and that we need conservative voices in Charleston for economic growth.

* I believe in eliminating the state income tax.

* I believe we need a Heartbeat Bill to protect the unborn.

* I believe men do NOT belong in women’s sports.

* I believe in the right to bear arms.

* I believe in the freedom to worship, the freedom to make your own health decisions, the freedom for parents to make decisions for their own child’s education, and the freedom of speech.

* I believe God will bless America and our State again if we humble ourselves and pray!

Let’s band together and do #GoodDeeds4WV. I would appreciate your vote in the May 10th primary. You can call or text me at (304) 382-7370 or by email at deeds4wv@gmail.com.
