Colton M. Quick, Count 1 – Possession of a Schedule 1 Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver;
William D. McGuire, Sr., Count 1 – Attempted Murder, Count 2 – Malicious Assault, Count 3 – Domestic Battery;
Marcus Kirby, Count 1 – Delivery of a Schedule 2 Controlled Substance, Count 2 – Possession of a Schedule 2 Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver, Count 3 – Conspiracy to Commit a Felony Offense, Count 4 – Improper Registration, Count 5 – Operating a Motor Vehicle Without a Valid Driver’s License;
