WASHINGTON, D.C. (WVDN) – Today, U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.), a leader on the Senate Appropriations committee, announced Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) allocations for Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) to support law enforcement and public safety projects throughout West Virginia.

“I am proud of these projects that will strengthen law enforcement and enhance public safety across West Virginia,” Senator Capito said. “These investments reflect our continued commitment to equipping our community partners with the resources they need to protect and serve.
