RONCEVERTE W.Va. (WVDN) – The Ronceverte City Council will meet in Council Chambers on Monday, March 2, at 7 p.m.

Agenda:

  1. Call to Order

  2. Approval of Minutes

  3. Old Business

    1. CSX

      • grant authority to continue discussion regarding a new location

    2. Totten Circle HOA

      • grant authority to discuss an agreement with Totten Circle HOA

  4. Wastewater Related Business

  5. Water Related Business

    1. Region 4 – Phase 4 Water Line Project

      • review and approve extension agreement related to the project

  6. Stormwater Business

  7. New Business

    1. Bucket Drive Request

      • request made by the Family Refuge Center to hold a bucket drive on Main Street on August 4th, 2026 from the hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

    2. Flea Market

      • consider request for weekly flea market to be held on Island Park

    3. Police Department – Policy and Procedure Change

      • review and adopt Use of Force Policy

    4. Region 4 – CDBG Application

      • review and approve grant application related to the demolition of the previous Elementary school buildings
