New River CTC To Offer Real Estate Pre-Licensing Class

BEAVER, W.Va. (WVDN) – New River Community and Technical College will offer a Real Estate Pre-Licensing course beginning March 10 for individuals interested in starting or advancing a career in real estate.

The class will meet Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings from 6 p.m.-9 p.m. via Zoom, providing a flexible online format for working professionals and busy adults. The course will conclude on May 21. There will be no class sessions held during the weeks of March 16-20 and April 6-10.

The cost of the course is $540. The program is eligible for HEAPS funding based on individual eligibility, making it an affordable option for those looking to enter the real estate field.

This comprehensive course is designed to prepare students with the foundational knowledge required for real estate licensure and to begin a rewarding career in the industry.
