LEWISBURG W.Va. (WVDN) – Join Greenbrier River Watershed Association and Appalachian Headwaters for a FREE screening of the nature documentary, Hidden Rivers, on February 21st at the Lewis Theatre. Grab a date, a friend, or a family member and join us to learn about Appalachia’s unique river ecosystems!
Admission is free, but donations will be accepted to benefit the work of Greenbrier River Watershed Association.
Movie overview: Ten years in the making, Hidden Rivers is Freshwaters Illustrated’s newest feature film that explores the rivers and streams of the Southern Appalachian region, North America’s most biologically rich waters. The film follows the work of conservation biologists and explorers throughout the region and reveals both the beauty and vulnerability of these ecosystems.
