FRANKFORD W.Va. (WVDN) – Congratulations to three students from Frankford Elementary. They competed in the Elks Club State Hoop Shoot competition on Feb. 7 in Parkersburg. Jaxon Flack placed second in the boys 8-9 division, Kinsley Wellman placed third in the girls 10-11 division and Trenton Schoolcraft placed second in the boys 12-13 division. The Frankford Elementary faculty and staff are very proud of all three of them.
