LEWISBURG W.Va. (WVDN) – The City of Lewisburg Historic Landmarks Commission will hold its regular monthly meeting on Monday, Feb. 9, at 5 p.m. in The Paul R. Cooley Council Chambers, 948 Washington Street West, to hear the following applications.

1. Call to order,

2. Byron Rausenberger, 1382 Washington Street East, Build a pool house.

3. Carnegie Hall, 611 Church Street, Ivy Terrace renovation.

4. Pergo Properties LLC. 1031 Washington Street East, install a 14″x14″ sign.

5. Lewisburg Foundation, Court and Foster Parking Lot Construction and Landscaping.

6. Jefferson Office Park, 765 Jefferson Street South, repair and paint the back of the building, Winchester Gray.

7. Lucie Refsland, 650 Court Street, replace doors on Suite D, replace awning cover on Suite D, and add a new sign over the awning.

8. John Wesley Church, 350 Foster Street. Replace mortar where needed.

9. Kahsyne, 775 Court Street, modifications to exterior building.

10. Comments from the Public.

11. Comments from the Commissioners.

12. Comments from the Planning and Zoning Officer.

13. Adjournment.

The next scheduled Historic Landmarks Commission Meeting will be held on Monday, March 9, 2026, at 5 p.m., with a deadline of Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 10 a.m.
