NOTICE OF FILING

Application of Constellation NewEnergy — Gas Division, LLC for Approval to Offer, Render, Furnish or Supply Natural Gas Supply Services to the public in West Virginia in Case No. 25-0905-G-EFPP.

Constellation NewEnergy — Gas Division, LLC has filed an application with the West Virginia Public Service Commission (“PSC”) for participation in an Enhanced Firm Pooling Program to provide natural gas supply services as a supplier or aggregator of natural gas services. Constellation NewEnergy — Gas Division, LLC, proposes to sell natural gas and related services in all counties of West Virginia.

The PSC may consider this application without a hearing. Protests directed to the technical or financial fitness of Constellation NewEnergy — Gas Division, LLC may be filed within 15 days of the date of this notice with the Executive Secretary of the PSC, 201 Brooks Street, Charleston, WV 25301. Please include the Case No. listed above on the protest.

Additionally, please send copies of any protest to Constellation NewEnergy — Gas Division, LLC attorney at the address listed below.
