NOTICE
THE CITY OF LEWISBURG
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to W. Va. Code § 8-12-17, that the City of Lewisburg, a municipal corporation, will hold a public hearing before the final vote on a proposed resolution to purchase the water distribution system of the Corporation of Falling Spring, West Virginia, a.k.a. the Town of Renick pursuant to a proposed Amended Asset Purchase Agreement by and between the City of Lewisburg, West Virginia, and the Corporation of Falling Spring, West Virginia, a.k.a. the Town of Renick.
The final vote on adoption of said proposed resolution shall be held in the Paul R. Cooley Council Chambers at 942 Washington Street West, Lewisburg, WV, on February 17, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Interested parties may appear and be heard at such time with respect to the passage of the proposed resolution. Copies of the proposed resolution and the proposed Amended Asset Purchase Agreement are available at Lewisburg City Hall.
