LEGAL NOTICE

GREENBRIER COUNTY SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY

GREENBRIER COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA

ROOF REPLACEMENT

Sealed bids will be accepted by the Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority, 450 Monroe Avenue, Ronceverte, West Virginia, 24970 until 2:00 p.m., February 6, 2026.

The project site is the Greenbrier County Recycling Center, located at 450 Monroe Avenue, Ronceverte, in Greenbrier County, West Virginia.

Project shall meet the following at a minimum:

1. Approximately 108’ X 57’ area to be covered.

2. All materials, equipment, labor, and installation required to complete project.

3. Bidders are responsible to inspect jobsite and get correct measurements.

4. Schedule an office visit for additional information (304-645-4232).

5. Successful bidder will be required to sign a contract and provide a performance bond.

6. Successful bidder will be responsible for any required permits.

Bid shall include the following:

1. Detailed Specifications along with warranty detail.

2. Manufacturers Sales Literature.

3. Freight to jobsite.

4. Payment Schedule.

5. All required licensing and proof of insurances.

6. Required Permits (successful bidder).

7. Three References.

All bidding documents must be submitted in a single envelope addressed to the Owner and marked with the following information in the lower left hand corner:

“Name and Address of Bidder”

Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority

Bid for Roof Replacement

To be opened at 2:00 p.m.,

February 6, 2026

No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of the opening of bids. The Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part.
