PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE OF CHANGE IN POLLING PLACE LOCATION

Pursuant to West Virginia Code §3-1-7, notice is hereby given that the Monroe County Commission has ordered a change in the polling place location for the following precincts:

Voters registered in Precinct 1 – Alderson Town Hall & Precinct 2 – Alderson be it known that the voting precinct previously used, The Alderson Senior Center has been relocated to the Alderson Volunteer Fire Department located at 109 Railroad Avenue, Alderson, WV 24910. This change is effective from the May 12th, 2026 Primary going forward. Post cards have been sent out to notify each voter of this change.
