“Today, we honor Senator Donna Boley as she retires after more than four decades of service, making her the longest-serving member of the West Virginia Senate in state history. Her dedication to the people of Senate District 3 is unparalleled.
“Senator Boley’s dedication to her constituents, her steady leadership, and commitment to public service have left a lasting mark on our state. Through the decades, she earned the trust of West Virginians and served with integrity.
