WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS W.Va. (WVDN) – According to a criminal complaint, on Monday, Dec. 15, around 10:59 p.m., an officer saw a Kia traveling westbound on Route 60 at approximately 60 mph in a 45 mph zone. When the officer made contact with the driver, later identified as Noah Vadiz, he reportedly told the officer that he didn’t have a driver’s license because it was revoked.
The officer had Vadiz run through Greenbrier County 911, and reportedly found he was revoked for DUI. The officer and Greenbrier County 911 then attempted to make contact with the vehicle’s owner. When contact was made, she said she was unable to come and get the vehicle. At this point, a tow company was called to tow the car to the impound lot.
Vadiz was then placed under arrest and transported to White Sulphur Springs Police Department for processing. Due to the late time, Vadiz was then transported to Southern Regional Jail to be arraigned the next morning.
At the time of publishing, Vadiz is not listed as an inmate at Southern Regional Jail.
