Dillon said the City of White Sulphur Springs is once again sponsoring a Christmas lighting contest. People have until Saturday to sign up, and the participants must keep their display going through December 21. Judging will take place anytime between those dates. Entries will be judged in categories such as best use of lighting, best overall effect, or best theme. There will be a first-place winner and two honorable mentions. The first-place winner will receive a $50 gift card, and each honorable mention will receive a $20 gift card. The winners will be announced on the city’s Facebook page and website. Participants may register at the city hall.
