GVAC Sea Dragons Post 40 Personal Bests at Snowflake Splash Meet

FAIRLEA W.Va. (WVDN) – The GVAC Sea Dragons competed in the Snowflake Splash swim meet in Bridgeport, West Virginia, on Dec. 6. There were many fast swims, including 40 personal best times.

The most improved swimmers were Avery Hodges-McGuffin, Dolly Knight and Cayson Longanacre, whose times dropped by over 15%.

New team records in their competition categories were set by Zoey Hobbs (50Y free, 50Y fly, 200Y IM), Avery Hodges-McGuffin (50Y breast), Milyn Neumann (200Y breast), Emilly Hobbs (200Y back), Tianna Allen (200Y free, 50Y fly) and Cooper Homer (100Y free).

The Sea Dragons will host a meet on Saturday, Dec. 13, at GVAC starting at 10 AM. Interested community members are welcome to attend.
