LEGAL NOTICE

GREENBRIER COUNTY SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY

GREENBRIER COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA

New Grapple Bucket

The Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority is soliciting bids for a New Grapple Bucket to be delivered. to the Greenbrier County Landfill, 480 Landfill Road, Lewisburg, WV 24901.

Sealed bids will be accepted by the Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority, 450 Monroe Avenue, Ronceverte, West Virginia, 24970 until 2:00 PM, December 10, 2025.

Grapple Buckets shall meet the following at a minimum:

1. GPC General Purpose Grapple Bucket.

2. Fit Quick Coupler Cat 930M Wheel Loader.

3. Bolt-on Edges.

4. Two 18 Inch Wide Top Clamps to Open Behind Cutting Edge.

5. Coupler Brackets.

6. 4125 lbs.

7. 3 Yard Capacity.

8. 106 inches Wide.

Bid shall include the following:

• Detailed Specifications along with warranty detail.

• Manufacturers Sales Literature.

• Freight to jobsite.

• Delivery Date.

• Payment Schedule.

All bidding documents must be submitted in a single envelope addressed to the Owner and marked with the following information in the lower left hand corner:

“Name and Address of Bidder”

Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority

Bid for New Grapple Bucket

To be opened at 2:00 PM,

December 10, 2025

No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of the opening of bids. The Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part.
