Washington, D.C. (WVDN) – Congressman Riley M. Moore voted for radical transparency, joining his colleagues in passing H.R. 4405, the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which requires the release of all investigative files related to Jeffrey Epstein, marking an official step towards accountability, transparency, and justice for victims.

Congressman Moore issued the following statement:

“Today, House Republicans took an important step to provide the American people the radical transparency they deserve regarding Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell’s horrific crimes. I voted to release the files today. This bill continues the Trump Administration’s efforts to provide as much information to the public as possible. The Justice Department has already turned over more than 62,000 documents to the House Oversight Committee, and this bill requires the Justice Department to release all remaining documents to the public.

Specifically, the bill requires production and release of all documents from Epstein-related investigations and prosecutions, flight logs and travel records, records of all government officials who are referenced in connection with Jeffrey Epstein, entities with ties to Jeffrey Epstein, and all related communications. Republicans promised radical transparency, and today we took a concrete step to provide that transparency that the American people deserve.”

Congressman Moore stressed that releasing these files is essential to restoring public trust and delivering justice for victims who have suffered for far too long.
