NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
Notice is hereby given that on Friday the 14th day of November, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., a public sale will be held the property of 4425 Anjean Road Rupert, West Virginia. The purpose of this sale is to sell for cash to the highest bidder, at public auction, the following property levied upon by the Sheriff of Greenbrier County, TO WIT:
• Caterpiller 777D Haul Truck 2000 model
• Caterpiller 777C Haul Truck 1992 model
• Caterpiller D10N Dozer 1992 model
• Caterpiller 773 Water Truck 1986 model
• Caterpiller 777D Haul Truck 2000 model
• Caterpiller 777C Haul Truck (no bed) 1990’s model
• Caterpiller 992G Endloader (no bucket) 2001 model
• Other miscellaneous pieces of equipment
Said property being levied upon to satisfy a judgment in the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, Civil Action # CC-20-2024-C-1028, against the Defendant, Pritchard Mining Company, Inc., in which Peerless Minerals, LLC, is the Plaintiff. This property sold as is where is. Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over previously released information.
Equipment must be moved within 90 days of Purchase unless an extension is granted by Greenbrier Smokeless Coal Company.
