PUBLIC NOTICE

Public Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the County Commission Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse-Annex.

PUBLIC HEARING 1: The Board will consider the request and application of Jason Anderson & Melissa Warren for a Special Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant requests permission to re-establish a convenience store and café/restaurant at 4830 Highland Trail, Alderson. The subject property is zoned Forest Recreational, located in the Fort Spring described in Deed Book 533 on Page 251 and shown on Tax Map 18A as Parcel 9.

This legal advertisement has been compiled from information submitted by the Appellant. Accuracy of submitted information is the responsibility of the Appellant. The Board of Zoning Appeals is not responsible for errors and omissions in this legal advertisement as a result of erroneous or inaccurate information submitted by the Appellant. The petition is available for public review at the Board of Zoning Appeals office in the Courthouse. Anyone wishing to comment on this appeal is urged to attend the meeting or send written comments to the Board of Zoning Appeals, 912 Court Street N, Lewisburg, West Virginia 24901.
