Charleston, W.Va. (WVDN) – The countdown is on! With just one week to go, the Charleston Ballet is set to launch its landmark 70th season — GOING PLATINUM: 7 Decades of Dance — with the thrilling return of a fan favorite: DRACULA: THE SEDUCTION. This captivating and chilling production, choreographed by Artistic Director Kim R. Pauley, takes the stage October 17–18 at 7:30 p.m. at the Charleston Coliseum Theater.

Set to an intense, cinematic score by Emmy Award-winner Anthony DiLorenzo, DRACULA: THE SEDUCTION invites audiences into a shadowy world of mystery and desire. The story follows Miranda, a mesmerizing gypsy maiden, as she falls under the powerful spell of the infamous Dracula. A darkly elegant mix of classical ballet and gothic fantasy, this production has become a must-see Halloween tradition for longtime fans and first-time viewers alike.
