LEWISBURG, W.Va. (WVDN) — Taste of Our Towns (TOOT) is back on Saturday, October 11, from 11 AM to 3 PM—and so is its streamlined, vendor-friendly payment system. For the second year in a row, TOOT is proudly token-free, allowing festivalgoers to pay each vendor directly using cash or card, depending on the vendor’s preference.

Whether you’re grabbing a smashburger, sipping a spiced apple carnita taco, or sampling pumpkin cheesecake, you’ll pay the folks who made it—no tickets, no tokens, no extra steps.

What This Means:

No tokens or tickets required

Cash or card accepted at each booth (vendor preference may vary)

Vendors keep 100% of their profits

This approach supports local businesses and nonprofits, giving them full control over their sales and helping them thrive. It also means shorter lines, simpler transactions, and more time to enjoy the flavors, music, and fun of TOOT.

Come hungry, bring your wallet (or tap-to-pay), and celebrate the spirit of community—one bite at a time.

2025 TOOT Sponsors include Greenbrier Valley Pediatric Dentistry (Kids’ Zone) and the American Beer Company (Beer & Cider Garden). Sponsorships are still available. Contact Development Director Sally Bray at TOOT@carnegiehallwv.org for more information.

For more information, please visit www.carnegiehallwv.org or call (304) 645-7917.

Carnegie Hall WV is a nonprofit organization supported by individual contributions, grants, and fundraising efforts such as TOOT and The Carnegie Hall Gala. The Hall is located at 611 Church Street, Lewisburg, WV. For more information, please call 304.645.7917 or visit www.carnegiehallwv.org.
